Vector Shading (Tron like lines)

I’m trying to achieve the effect of old school retro vector tron line vector games. like this example image: vector-tank-illustration.jpg

Any ideas on where to start?



-Make a black texture ith white lines at the edges of the model.
-Create a material where you multiply the texture with a color.
(You can drive the value beyond 1 to get a bloom/bleed)
-Set the material to translucent and 2sided
