First time i tried installing the ingine it went ok but it couldn’t find any IDE so it requested me to install visual studio 2015, unfortunately the installation kept failing because the installer couldn’t find some packages, so i tried to find a way for the editor to detect my already installed version of visual studio 2019 but kept failing, so i thought about opening the visual studio 2019 installer and click on “repair”.
after the repair was finished and restarting the computer, everytime i try opening the unreal engine editor it just gives me the error mentioned in the tile, i also tried reinstalling packages from VS and reinstalling UE but with no success, i guess that this dll file is missing from a folder but i have no idea what folder.
Update: just had to download the missing file and then add it to C:\Windows\System32
