my ue5.4 Vcam is not showing in editor mode, but it’s shows in play mode. And the Vcam preview is so laggy on my phone but not on my pc.

Can you try using 2x2 pane layout and maximize the persp view?
This will be fixed in 5.5 but the output provider fails to take viewport with some pane layouts.
