Valley of the Ancients Closes Editor when Shifting to Dark World

Okay - minor issue running the sample project in UE5EA. Namely, the project loads into the editor without issue, and the first sequence loads and plays in the editor without issue but when I interact to change to the Dark World, it loads all of the textures (I can see the progress at the bottom right of the editor) and then the editor closes. No errors shown, nor crash reports – it just closes like it had never been opened. Once, I saw a flash of the Dark World before it did but that was it.

I exceed the minimum specs. I have a Ryzen 9 3900X, 32MB System RAM, and an Nvidia 2060S with 8GB VRAM.

I have tried turning the viewport scaling down to 50% and that hasn’t helped. Any ideas?

I got around that by loading the dark side in the editor by making the data layer for it visible. After it compiled everything the sample project played through fine.
