Uvw map stretch

Hello im trying to import my uvws and texture into unreal, uvwmap sheet looks ok and inside 3ds max its not stretching as you can see

but when i move into ue4 its stretching somehow, what should i do?

(dont mind about outer walls they wont be seen)

ok apparently after 2hours of research i found a post explaining this bug, it looks like i should export my object as a mesh and not as a poly, so be sure to convert your object as an editable mesh or just use editable mesh modifier on the top of the modifier stack
