UVs break on import (UE5)

I am working in UE 5.0.3 and am trying to place stripping onto of my road surface. I used Autodesk 3dsMax 2023 to create the meshes and the UVs look correct in Max. When brought into Unreal however the uvs stretch in some places causing the striping to disappear. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

The image shows the dashed striping circled in blue are correct while the ones circled in red are stretched. They are the same object.

This is the same mesh in 3dsMax.

Has anyone else seen this happen?
