I am not seeing any shifting of the UVs in Maya 2014 after exporting the asset from the engine back into Maya 2014 and comparing the UVs. Can you let me know what your initial import settings in the engine for the asset are? Also, can you let me know what UV coordinate your UVs are stored in?
I was able to successfully reproduce your issue. Thank you for the additional information. I have asked our engineers to investigate a solution and for reference in the future it is issue UE-7776. I will keep you informed as we work toward a solution.
