UV map mesh import

I’m not sure what kind of issue this would be. I modeled a mesh in Blender 2.74, UV mapped it then made the modifications from the left mesh to the one on the right. It’s only the left side of the angle (same on opposite side of mesh) The mesh on the left is a set template and the one on the right has its vertices moved down on the z-axis by 50 BU. Not sure why the UV map is offset. Both blender files are attached as well.
