UV coordinates of video texture

Hi everyone,
There has got to be a simple explanation for this but I cant find anything online
I’ve placed a video texture on a static mesh that’s been UV’d in 3ds max.
The video needs to be positioned correctly on the mesh.

How do I do this?

I’ve been trying to figure this out as well. Is this not a common thing people do?

Sub / Multi material and set a specific plane/quad for the other material to use the video then you can adjust the uv’s for it. Least that’s how I did it.

Can you show me an example. I did the same thing with no success.
