UV break after FBX import

Hi all. There is an object (I will attach a link) that needs to be exported to Unreal from Cinema4D. After import, artifacts appear on the object in the form of UV mapping distortions. During import, the warnings:
has some nearly zero tangents which can create some issues. (Tolerance of 1E-4)

0910_24 has some nearly zero bi-normals which can create some issues. (Tolerance of 1E-4)

appear.

Interestingly, this happens when you add a file via import or “Place Into scene”, but the problem goes away if you import as a c4d file via DataSmith. In the latter case everything works well, but it is not suitable for me, since normals and vertex paint are not imported.
