Utoc Encryption

Hi, I’ve been looking through the container flags for the I/O Dispatcher and noticed there’s one for Encryption.

I’ve been unable to find a setting in engine or ini to enable encryption of utocs. If someone could let me know, that would be fantastic!

This works for pak files, but not utoc files.
