that is what my windows says as an app crash

this is what the unreal process has crashed ; unreal engine 4 crash reporter says this:

Hi triangle,

  • Can you post your dxdiag or system specs here so I can take a look?
  • Does this occur as soon as you try to launch the game at all or is it when you try to launch a specific match?
  • Can you go to this location, grab the logs for UT and post them here? \Documents\UnrealTournament\Saved\Logs
  • After grabbing the logs, delete the saved folder then attempt to open UT, does the crash still occur?
  • If it does, try going to your launcher>Unreal Tournament>Play and press the dropdown context menu>Verify.
