UT2K4 announcer in UT3?

I’ve looked on the Internet for a mod that replaces the UT3 announcers with UT2K3’s kind of energetic announcer - but I couldn’t find one.

Do you know how I can make one that’ll do that? I’ve modified Default Properties in UE2, but I don’t know how to mod with UE3.

I was wondering if somebody could help me with this. Thank you for reading - I appreciate it a lot.

You’ll have a better luck if you ask this in UT3 forums. This one is for Unreal Engine 4 development.
