Using widget blueprint button to play 3d animationg

I can only drop static mesh into my blueprint. I cannot drag in a animation. I know it says static mesh but is there any way to drag an animation into my blueprint? I would like to call an animation instead of a static mesh so i can avoid using widgets to control the animations?

These are the simple ui buttons UP And DOWN I would like to use to play the animation.

Below are the parameters I would like to avoid. I just want it to call the animation.
