How good is Unreal for modern UI designs? Also, It’s a good idea to use Unreal to make a streaming platform like Netflix? It has some gaming stuff, but it’s not it’s focus.
I’m thinking in using Unreal because I’ll most likely publish it on Playstation.

It would be very inefficient to use UE4 for that, it would have a lot of overhead for things that you aren’t using.
Do you recommend anything else for something like this?
Netflix uses web technologies like PHP, node.js, angularjs, etc and DBs.
Using UE4 for this would be a terrible idea.
