Using TimeLine in WidgetBlueprint

I’m looking to scale a button up and down OnHovered; I’ve managed to get this to work instantaneously however I want it to scale over time. Everything online is saying to create a Timeline, however Timeline seems to be unavalible in Widget Blueprints. Is there another way to do this that doesnt require me figuring out how to animate the button and playing that?
