Using seperated texture informations.

I am not sure how to put my problem and if its even technical possible.

I can make a perfect albedo map, specular and other kind of texture informations with my setup.
I got them all perfected aligned so that every pixel is exactly matching.

Can i use the albedo pictures for point cloud generation and mesh generation.
Then export the albedo map and mesh from CR.

And after this, force CR to replace the texture information with the specular pictures or other maps.

Apply this new texture information to the point cloud.

And just export the new specular map and so with the exact same UV Layout and so on.

I just want to replace the albedo map of the mesh with specular and other maps I can generate.

Not sure, if I described my problem well enough.

Could I put the specular map or other maps in the alpha channel?
And then just export the alpha channel?

are you saying you have different sets of photos, each set for colour, specular, etc.?

you can use one set of photos for mesh (or all photos).

and then can run the texturing with different set of photos enable while all the others are disabled.

you could run this a few times with different sets of photos.
