Using Paragon models in UE5

Hi, I’m considering using Paragon models for my project in UE5 Early Access. Are there any legal or technical issues with this?

Thanks, in marketplace it says Licensed for use only with UE4 based products,
I thought there may be some issues, just wanted to clarify

Nope. They’re on the marketplace, you can use them in the engine.

Naturally, you can’t use any of the character names or relate anything back to Paragon.

They just haven’t updated the license yet. I assume they mean Epic engines.

but we cant just assume they " just haven’t updated the license yet & assume they mean Epic engines." as i would of expected the marketplace to have updated the " Licensed for use only with UE4 based products ," comment by now

can someone from epic clarify the situation on the use with UE5.x engines for “paragon marketpalce content” one way or another ?
