Is there a way to use a FX material and place it onto a UI widget?
for example this inventory screen
can i use these materials to create a glitch/hologram affect on the UI?

I read online somewhere you would have to create a scene with the material and have a camera show it that way but i was wondering if there were other options to this?

you can use materials on UI, you have to set the domain to the ui and the “lit”
