Using HQ_Lightmaps without Mobile HDR

Hello everyone. I am wondering if someone knows how to use the HQ_Lightmaps without enabling Mobile HDR. I am trying to use lightmaps that look normal for my archviz project and I cant enable Mobile HDR since it destroys performance on the Oculus Quest and I have hear from the developers of the game “Red Matter” that you can modify the UE4 mobile shaders to use the HQ_Lightmaps or some other solution that isnt implemented by default.

Does anyone has any experience with something similar?
