Using Control Rig - Basic IK makes bone twisted

Hello, Now I’m building conrol rig to my character.

It went well on the base Unreal Mannequin, however when I doing the same thing on to my character, it hits me hard. (It also rigged base UE4 skeleton)

Setting ‘Basic IK’ to hand bone is making my characters hand twisted just like picture i uploaded.

I tried to change primary and secondary axis, but it didn’t fix this issue.

Beside of that it is going smoothly. including pole vector.

Can you guys help me to fix this?

Can you post a similar screenshot, but with the joints visible?
It may be that the IK is working perfectly, but issue is with the skinning on the left forearm.

I just realized that wrist bone and elbow bone also twisted.

The joints are still not visible on those screenshots, is difficult to understand if the issue is related to skinning or something else.

Sorry to bother you but I’m very new to here.
Can you tell me where i have to take capture?
I thought joint was the wrist but seems like it’s not
