Using Blackmagic Quad HD in UE4

Hey guys,

I do a lot of streaming work and I’ve decided to have a crack at some virtual production stuff.

I have a Blackmagic Quad HDMI card that I use for streaming, but for some reason it will not get recignised by the Blackmagic Media Source plugin in UE4.

Is this a common issue, and is there a way to fix it??
