So I have a few projects with free assets that I got from online areas and other people, such as a few sound files and some foliage. How can I use these in my own projects? Thanks!
Well, i feel obligated to say that you should always check if there are any licencing or royalties on these assets before you use them for your own projects. People work hard for these assets and we don’t want to steal their credit.
Now, to use an asset you want, go to its reference in the Content Browser > Right Click it > go to Asset Actions > Export. now, save it to anywhere you like.
In the project you want to use this asset in, simply drag the file into the content browser to wherever you want it to be in the project (you can also right click inside a folder and choose “Import To…”
