Using ARkit with UE5.03, facial expression live link works, but neck doesn't move

Hi, I am trying to test metahuman with Apple ARKit live link. I successfully downloaded and exported Metahuman I made in MHC and enable all plugins needed, and check all Live Link details in Metahuman BP details panel.

I checked the facial expressions are successfully synced with mine, but its neck doesn’t move at all. I read official Unreal documents but have not figured out what happens. (additionally, in official documents, there is ‘Details → LLink Face Subject’ property, but in my details panel there are ‘Live Link → ARkit Face Subj and Live Link Body subj. Does new version of UE 5.03 has different properties?’

Problem resolved. It was a quite simple solution.

  1. click Face_AnimBP. Find LLink Face Subj variable. Find Default property on detail panel, and switch your IOS device connected.
  2. Enable ‘stream head rotation’ in a setting of Live Link Face app.
