Hello FAB Support Team,
I’m reaching out to report an issue affecting my product, “SparkFXPreviewer – In-Editor VFX & Animation Preview Tool.”
Several users have informed me that they are currently unable to submit reviews on the product page. They can open the review dialog, select a rating, and write their feedback, but it appears that the submission is either failing silently or not being processed correctly.
This is concerning because these are legitimate users actively trying to leave reviews, and it’s affecting both the visibility of user feedback and product credibility.
