I suggest contacting support if your username hasn’t changed. If you recently changed the name perhaps wait a few more days before contacting. It can also be your website cache that has cached your name, preventing you from seeing it update. Removing your web browser cache, cookies and history is a good way to verify that the update has gone through as well.
Yeah that cache would had been a possible solution. However, it has change everywhere except for this place(see picture where I have just clicked on forums). So I don’t believe it would be the cache. I think I will contact support.
