Used assets for my game

Dear Sirs,

I hereby request information about a question that arose during a project I have in mind and under development.
I use the unreal platform for the development of school and even personal projects, but recently a project for the reconstruction of a game (4Story.pt) came up, which in turn I decided to accept the challenge and would like to know if I can use assembled scenarios, no I care to pay if they get paid, I just need to know how to see the prices.
In this case, I’m projecting to start the initial map using the following project that was given to me for FREE: InfinityBladeGrassLands
In turn, I intend to use more resources from the store.

You’re allowed to use assets you get from the Marketplace in a game that is free or paid for.

The only thing you must avoid is just re-marketing the assets. In other words you need to provide further value.
