Use SetActorLocation() for elements in OnConstruction()

This issue is quite simple to solve, simple call Super on your OnConstruction:

void ABuildings::OnConstruction(const FTransform &Transform)
{
	Super::OnConstruction(Transform);
	SpawnPillars();
}

or even (Depending on your implementation)

void ABuildings::OnConstruction(const FTransform &Transform)
{
	SpawnPillars();
	Super::OnConstruction(Transform);
}
