Use ranges instead of simple floats in (some) devices settings

Hello! Could you consider introducing the ability of randomize certain settings, within the X / Y values of a 2D vector instead of a single float or int?

Stuff like:

  • Creature Manager
  • Item Granter (Quantity)
  • Guard Spawner
