Use of RC or general photogrammetry software to reconstruct water surface

I’m currently working on a project, trying to reconstruct water surface of the meeting point of two turbulent water streams, which results in a raised, bubble wave. Our setup consists of 10 cameras, bound together by a trigger, that simultaneously takes pictures on every camera. Due to fast flow, we have to keep shutter speed low and lighting bright. From the information I have gathered from various forums, people generally seem to use this software for modelling buildings or general bigger objects, not a small, 30 cm wave. Could any expert chime in, whether our endeavour could bear any fruit. I will be available to answer questions, should any arise.
Thank you

Hi Shlepky,

as Wallace answered you in your support request, this won’t work with the highest probability, as the water surface is basically featureless and there are also another issues with the object reflectivity.
Do you have some images how does it look?
