Use of Marketplace Items by Epic Games

Hello everyone.
In the guidelines to the marketplace, I noticed that use of marketplace items by epicgames in other software like Unity is strictly forbidden. I wanted to ask, if the use in 3D software like maya or C4D is allowed? I would maybe want to use some items in a non commercial film or render.

Are there any restrictions on the use of the Paragon assets?
As with all of Epic’s internally developed assets, the Paragon assets are only licensed for use in Unreal Engine 4.

But you can make any film or rendering from within Unreal Engine itself.
