Use Epic Skeleton with Motion Tracking from Meta Quest 2?

I’m following this guide: Implement the Movement SDK In Unreal: Unreal | Oculus Developers

The skeletons that are in the examples section of the Oculus UE4 branch use a different coordinate system than the standard UE4_Mannequin_Skeleton. Does anyone know how to convert tracking to the Epic skeleton?
