Use custom lodsetting value to batch add and change staticmesh's LOD level.

This is a plugin, release with UE4 4.17, it can help you batch to handle static mesh’s LOD. like, if you import some staticmeshes , you must open every mesh to add LOD level . now you can select some staticmeshes batch these auto add or change LOD level.
