Do you have solid hard surface modeling skills?

Transtecs Corporation is a leading developer of virtual training suites for the United States Navy.
The ideal candidate with have the following:
- Be based in the United States (not negotiable).
- Based in the Norfolk, VA area (preferred). Remote is available for highly qualified candidates.
- Possess (preferred) or have possessed and can maintain a SECRET or higher security clearance from the US Government.
- Be a self-starter able to solve complex problems and receive professional feedback.
- Ability to create complex game systems in Blueprint in Unreal (5.3).
- Ability to create photo-realistic, game-ready, technical, hard-surface 3D models (Blender).
- Be willing to travel 5-10% of the time.
- Experience in or working for the US Military.
Qualifications
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:
- 2-5 years of experience in Blueprint Development.
- 2-5 years of experience in Unreal Engine 4 or 5.
- Experience developing interactive and multi-player desktop applications.
- Strong level of expertise of all aspects of the Unreal Editor, Blueprint, and Engine.
- Fluency with Perforce.
- Desire to both teach others and learn new techniques in the Unreal Engine.
- Proficiency in Blender creating hard-surface models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
