How get URL file to link like this example:

from GoogleDrive or YouTube, or other options.
Please Help.

Well, if you want to create a URL as they have done in this example it would be to have your own webpage. So Download videos -> Save on Server.

It would probably look something like this:
https://YourWebPage/Movies/Movie1
