URL change

Hello ! I changed my Application Name. My “Offer details” page tells me that the URL is locked and that I should “file a private case” if I want to change it. How do I do that ?

Hey there,

To create a private case follow this link here and select ‘Create a Private Discussion’. From there, just explain that you need your URL updated. (Please note that this isn’t a request to have it changed to anything except to match the product name if it has changed since you first created the product itself.
