Hello, my project named ‘Horror Engine SE,’ which has been in Published status for a long time, is now stuck in ‘Draft’ status, and the ‘Submit for Review’ function is not working at all. When I click the button, a small window opens, but when I click ‘Confirm,’ the window disappears, and nothing happens. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, or manually move my project to the Review stage, as I will be unable to make any sales until this is fixed, which is causing me inconvenience.
Are there any error messages on the checkboxes at the bottom?
I have some similiar problem, but mine is that i cant change the mature content flag to “mature content shown” although its only a draft and not listed live…it keeps saying “Cannot update a live listing from non mature to mature”
Hi @skfabby. I have already done this before but they never respond. For 1 month there was no improvement. My new case number is 14196636. Can you please contact them so they can look into it?
Every day that this issue remains unresolved, I am incurring a significant financial loss. I have been waiting for assistance to resolve this since October 2.
I kindly ask for your help again in communicating the urgency of the situation to the team. All they need to do is ‘Submit for Review’ the project on my behalf. I look forward to hearing back from you.

I’d like to add to here that I became aware of the HE long before I tried out UE5 development on my own and once I dived into UE5 development as a full new beginner in game dev and found out that HE is not available anymore because of what is described here I am honestly shocked about how fab/epic/UE team does not seem to care.
A game engine of this caliber and the goal to draw as many new developers into its fruitful net, so to say, support requests like those should be addressed and also solved by whoever it does concern to as quickly as possible.
PS @tansuergene: Please also implement (easy) multilanguage support.
