* Opened Support Ticket #21766421.
* Cleared browser cache/cookies as requested.
* Sent detailed log files to support on [11/16/2025].
* I have been informed the development team is looking at it, but I have received no timeline or substantive update.
Impact: This prolonged delay is preventing me from uploaf my 3D assets.I am urgently requesting assistance or visibility from a development/senior staff member who can manually review and resolve this hold.Thank you for your time and any help the community or staff can provide
