[URGENT] Can't build, can't migrate map due to Package Load Errors

Hello All!
I was chipping away at my project and got close to finishing it but it all falls apart now due to load package errors.
I was previously able to build the project successfully, now with all these errors I tried to migrate the map into a blank project but that fails with the following:

this is just an excerpt, there are a lot of these.
It’s quiet a problem for me because I have a deadline to submit this project to and I have no clue how to tackle this.
I understand it can’t find these packages, but I can see them in the respective folder, i.e.:
/Game/Megascans/Surfaces/Nordic_Moss_1x1_M/T_NordicMoss1x1M_A
is there.
Please help !

just noting that I already tried adding maps to list of maps to the packaging settings (to no avail), now I tried the option cook everything ignoring list of maps but this also fails but with a different error:

I don’t expect to get a easy solution for this but if someone has some advice or guidance would be much appreciated.

Just ‘spitballing’ here: but seeing __ExternalObjects__ and __ExternalActors__ folders makes me want to immediately accuse the new ‘OneFilePerActor’ system. (Either that or it could be a world partition thing…?)

Do you have Editor Preferences → ‘Enable One File Per Actor’ enabled?

Also, it looks like the assets you’ve listed are all textures. Is it only erroring on textures or other types of assets too? (Trying to package a project with just one of these assets (Static Mesh + Mats + Textures) could provide a good environment to troubleshoot)

And, just to be clear - when you say you migrated the map to a new project, did you use the built-in (Asset Actions → Migrate) function?

thanks a lot for your reply.

I checked regarding OneFilePerActor, it’s disabled, haven’t touched this setting.
Looked at potential world partition issues but haven’t found anything that would help.
Yes I was using the asset action to migrate the map which says it can’t find packages.

I try to narrow it down now from what you said in terms of textures, it appears to be always textures that’s causing this issue.
What I’m doing now is I copied the project and just test things to see what brakes it (even more) and how I could fix it, basically I’m trying to figure out how references can be repaired once they are broken, just pasting the asset in question again into the folder didn’t do the trick
I would like to know how I could safely delete assets from the project, I see errors/warnings that refer to the firstpersonmap which I’m not using anymore, just deleting the map would be a bad Idea I suppose.

EDIT: Would it be possible to find the object/actor that causes the error?
i.e. for this error:

how would I find in the project where this is referenced? I tried searching the project with keywords of the error but nothing came up, hence I was wondering if I could go the other way around and get the source of the broken reference, maybe is there a flag to get a more verbose error output?

I finally figured it out, took me 3 days.

I started of with a sample project that included the firstpersonmap, even tough I was on a new map, there were still plenty of references to firstpersonmap, I deleted firstpersonmap and fixed all occuring errors.

Finally able to build again.
