UR4 Luncher crash on startup

Just downloaded the latest version on my Mac and says this every time I try and launch… I am running a MacPro 3GHz 10-core Xeon E5, 32GB RAM, AMD Firepro D500 3GB Graphics.
I have sent the crash report but no answers yet??
