When you upload a model for sale, you cannot upload the model with the textures. If you want to upload the textures, you need to upload them on a .zip file. However, using this method won’t show the textures information in the file description. Also, if I want to upload more than 1 model to sell them as a pack, I need to upload them in the .zip too. So, if in the end I need to upload all in a .zip file, what’s the meaning of uploading the .fbx file in the beginning?
I have sold accidentaly two models without the textures because I thought the textures were going to be uploaded when you upload them in the preview 3D model (like on Sketchfab). Besides, the buyers don’t have an option for leaving any comment about the product they bought so I have no way to know if there was any problem with the product I have uploaded, and now I feel like I have scammed the to those 2 buyers. Obviously, I have uploaded the textures on a .zip file when I realized the textures weren’t included, but it was like 2 months after the sale.
All those things should be improved:
- An option to upload multiple .fbx files.
- An option to upload textures for every .fbx files.
- An option for leaving comments, at least for those who bought a product.
