Upload Issues

Summary

Hi all

Has anyone else experienced consistent failed uploads? I have tried two different connections, upload speed for the faster connection is about 30 Mbps, I don’t use VPN.

It doesn’t matter whether I try to upload Blender file or .zip file or whatever, they all fail and the error message is simply “An error occurred” FAB support isn’t helping. The files are all under the 6 GB limit. Attached is Chrome console image, if that could give any pointers to more knowledgeable folks out here. Thank you!

I have the same thing

I can upload the models, but only if I transfer the files to my iphone and upload them from there.

I’m glad I’m not the only one with this issue. Unfortunately, and unsurprisingly, FAB support is not interested in solving this.

Yes, I did try to contact you guys, and it’s basically like talking to a wall. The people I contacted with are not helpful on the matter.

It’s not about being responded, it’s about if the responses are actually helpful, which they are not.

This is what happens when the uploads fail.

the same problem all the time, to upload 1 work it takes up to 3-4 days to catch the upload, and the rest of the time - an error, the support just threw up their hands and said that they are looking into this problem…

I’m trying to upload now and it stuck to “The 3D model is currently being processed..” in 3D editor and “Extracting technical information…” to the files..
