i am updating exact emu with better format and ue format too, also other models as well, i can not upload any new model or old existence models as well.nothing works
You probably have two accounts and the Epic Games Launcher (EPGL) name you have here is being used instead of your Fab seller credentials.
There is a similar problem with Fortnite Creative and Fortnite Forum you must sign out of EPGL clear browser cache and log in as your Fab Seller profile.
If something was worth me trying to sell then need to do trader verification which gives you another account name/profile.
This would then result in me having FOUR (4) Epic profiles and having to log in to each one.
Sign out of EPGL and clear all caches as per support FAQ then try login Fab.
Make sure you have done Two Step verification and make sure you have verified for viruses in package.
This is not a cache or account issue. The problem is that it is physically impossible to upload new files right now, or even add/update files on existing assets. The upload simply does not work.
Several of my colleagues are experiencing exactly the same issue right now, so this appears to be a broader Fab upload problem rather than something related to my account or browser cache.
Yes, the same error almost two days, can not upload (obj, fbx, ma, mhpkg…)
