When the project that’s uploaded for Dev is packaged for Live, Epic does not accept because the achievements don’t work on Dev, since it is packaged for Live.
But I cannot make any changes on Live. So I cannot upload a project that’s packed for Live, to Live.
When my game will be released, it will be a build that’s packaged for Dev, so the achievements won’t work.
Achievements have a separate promotion flow from the primary Release Management UI; as long as the achievements have cleared moderation, they can be promoted to the Live sandbox while the associated build referencing that sandbox is still in review. This is likely the easiest means of addressing the environment discrepancy; alternatively, the build can read the epicsandboxid argument from the Epic Games Launcher and set the Sandbox ID and Deployment ID accordingly, as detailed here: https://dev.epicgames.com/docs/epic-games-store/testing-guide#sandboxdeployment-id-handling-epic-games-store-publishing-tools-only
