5.0.3 ran great even on my toaster of Laptop I am currently using. I decided to upgrade to 5.1 just for the promising features and now I cant get more than the error:

Well, I completely removed UE5 now and just downloaded the latest UE4 version (4.27.2) and that works like 5.0 used to. Not daring to download that one again…
