they have added question marks next to IARC questions. make sure to read them all thoroughly and look at the examples they will help make sure you are answering correctly. I was having the same issue. But also there are other issues, as I got mine through and did an update and they took my map completely down. after a couple days of waiting they said that it was wrong and they are overturning it but it has been 2 or 3 days now and my project still shows hidden and i can not edit my map because when I try to upload it says my map code does not exist. so sometimes it can be a glitch. Definitely the IARC questions have to be read VERY carefully, I still mess some up but if you use the little question marks and answer like it tells you to, even if you don’t feel like that’s right. that’s why those are there because its definitely confusing. they help but its still a challenge sometimes.
