Updated my datasmith exporter and verified that they are located in their correct path folder. When going into archicad24 window/palette/datasmith, the datasmith palette doesn't appear Help!

Updated my datasmith exporter and verified that they are located in their correct path folder.
When going into archicad24 window/palette/datasmith, the datasmith palette doesn’t appear Help!

Hello ,

Thank you for posting in the community your question. This can happen sometimes depending on the work environment you are using. Do you have 2 monitors, if so maybe it's on the second display?

If not you can try saving your current work environment then applying the default one and trying to turning on the palette. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
