Update on Fab Publishers Access Issues

Hey everyone,

We want to inform you about an ongoing issue affecting Fab Publishers. Some users are not being granted the necessary account entitlement to access the “Publishers Hub” and “Creators Hub” on the forums.

We’ve resolved part of the problem. If a user visits the EDC before completing the Fab Publishing onboarding process, they should receive the entitlement. However, if you visit the EDC afterward, you will not be granted access. We are actively working on fixing the remaining part of this issue. Please ensure you reach out with the relevant profile/account that is linked to Fab.

If you are a Fab Publisher and do not have access to these categories, please reach out to us here. We will manually add the entitlement for you while we continue to address the bug.
