Since we are using RS 2.1, we no longer can unwrap model made with lidar+photogrammetry. Or we need to decrease a lot the texel size. We never had this problem before on a lot of similar models. I thinking it could be linked with the dimensions of the model and the texel value precision value being to small for the need. About the workflow we are using : Lidar already aligned imported in RS with e57, disabled in texturing, and DSLR images aligned in RS and disable in meshing. For the exemple below, we are unwrapping the model generated which has 2.6B tris, we tried simplification to 200M, but it didnt worked, and in all our previous project we we used this workflow on bigger models without a problem. We changed also the large scale triangle and custom texel size to decrease the quality gradually to see when it’s not failling.
