Just downloaded 1.0.3.10393. Tried to start a new project by adding images. Getting “Unsupported file format. Try to install a codec for your file format.” Tried both jpg and tiff images. This is my first new project since August but never saw this error message in the last few years of using RC for many projects. What has changed? Is it something with the PPI license that I don’t understand???

Everything should work just fine, just make sure you are only importing images and not selecting any other files of a different type, also, please try dropping in just a single jpg or tiff image and try to do so with the inputs button in workflow tab. You can also get this kind of an error if your windows is missing codecs you can search on the internet and update or install them. If nothing helps try creating a .png for example and put it in, possibly the files could be corrupted as well.
